Bergen University College is a state Educational and Research Institution and
offers a broad range of high quality Bachelor and Masters Programmes directed

The Michelsen Centre for Industrial Measurement Science and Technology
(MIMT)
MIMT was established in 2006 as a new national Centre for Research-based
Innovation (CRI), within measurement science and technology. Christiam
Michelsen Research (CMR) is the host organization of MIMT, in close cooperation
with the University of Bergen . Other partners of the centre are Aanderaa Data
Instruments, Archerwell, Bergen University College, CGGVeritas, FMC
Kongsberg Metering, MMC Tendos, Proanalysis, Roxar and Statoil.
MIMT contributes to the development of innovative solutions for the next
generation of measurement technology, for the benefit of the partners and the
society in general. In addition, MIMT contributes to the education of B.Sc., M.Sc.,
and Ph.D students.
